IGP Pays de Caux Certified organic and biodynamic.

100 % Terret Bourret (aka Terret Gris) on basalt over limestone, 60-year-old vines.
Low yields of 20 hl/ha.

Aged and vinified in stainless steel with bâtonnage on lees. 1,800 bottles. Lemony, white flowers and apples on the nose. Hedgerow-flowers freshness over comice pears with a light herbaceousness. A bit of a hole in the finish but otherwise interesting and subtle.
